I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for July 8, 1999. III. Approval of Minutes of the March 11, and April 8, 1999, meetings. IV. Discuss development of revised SNRPC Interlocal Agreement ; take any necessary action. V. Receive a report from the by-laws working group; take any necessary action. VI. Receive a report from the homeless population working group; take any necessary action. VII. Discuss SNRPC Work Plan: take any necessary action. VIII. Receive a report regarding Census 2000; take any necessary action. IX. Receive a report on SNRPC logo and/or letterhead; take any necessary action. X. Discuss Legislative Delegation involvement; take any necessary action. XI. Discuss SNRPC meeting agenda for July 22, 1999; take any necessary action. XII. Set next meeting date and location. XIII.
