NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2000, in the Pueblo Conference Room, 1st Floor, at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas Nevada, 89106 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for June 8, 2000. III. Approval of Minutes of the May 11, 2000, meeting. IV. Discuss the actions taken at the May 25, 2000, SNRPC Board meeting; direct staff accordingly. V. Receive an update on the Planning Consultant Activities; direct staff accordingly. VI. Receive a presentation from the Nevada State Demographer; direct staff accordingly. VII. Receive a report on the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act and discuss the Special Account; direct staff accordingly. VIII. Receive an update on the EPA Sustainable Development Challenge Grant; direct staff accordingly. IX. IX. Receive a presentation on the ULI Smart Growth Conference; direct staff accordingly. X. Discuss the creation of a bulleted list of SNRPC accomplishments; direct staff accordingly. XI. Discuss the development of zoning standards for Bee Keeping in Clark County, and the development of a standardized response to Africanized Bee incidents; direct staff accordingly. XII. Discuss the development of a master calendar of SNRPC events. XIII. Set the agenda for April 27, 2000, SNRPC Board meeting. XIV. The next meeting date and location for Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for May 11, 2000, 4:00 p.m., at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. XV. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XVI. Adjournment
