NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 22, 2000, at the Clark County School District, Edward A. Greer Education Center in the Superintendent's Conference Room, 1st. Floor, 2832 E. Flamingo Rd., Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89121 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for June 22, 2000. III. Discuss the creation of a Independent Regional Air Quality Agency, pending action by the SNRPC Board; direct staff accordingly. IV. IV. Discuss and endorse the Clark County Health District's section 90-94 rules related to the control of fugitive dust; direct staff accordingly. V. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.VI. Adjournment.
