I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for April 8, 1999. III. Approval of Minutes of the March 11, 1999, meeting. IV. Discuss Senate and Assembly Bills regarding growth and regional governance; take any necessary action. V. Discuss topic of alternates for the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition members; take any necessary action. VI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.VII. Adjournment
