NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 13, 2000, in the Pueblo Conference Room, 1st Floor, at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas Nevada, 89106 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for April 13, 2000. III. Approval of Minutes of the March 9, 2000, meeting. IV. Discuss the actions taken at the March 23, 2000, SNRPC Board meeting and direct staff accordingly. V. Receive an update on the Consultant activity and direct staff accordingly. VI. Receive a presentation from the Nevada State Demographer and direct staff accordingly. VII. Receive a report on the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act and discuss the Special Account. VIII. Receive an update on the EPA Sustainable Development Challenge Grant. IX. Receive an presentation on the ULI Smart Growth Program. X. Discussion on zoning conformance of each jurisdiction and direct staff accordingly. XI. Discussion on bullet list of accomplishments of the SNRPC and direct staff accordingly. XII. Discussion on developing a recommendation for zoning for bee keeping in Clark County and a standardized reponse to Africanized Bee incidents. XIII. Discussion on developing a protocol and methodology for the creation of a master calendar of events. XIV. Set agenda for April 27, 2000, SNRPC meeting. XV. The next meeting date and location for Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for 4:00 p.m., May 11, 2000, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. XVI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XVII. Adjournment
