I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for March 11, 1999. III. Approval of Minutes of the February 2, 1999, meeting. IV. Review discussion from February 18, 1999, SNRPC meeting regarding the appointment of citizen members; take any necessary action. V. V. Receive a report from the by-laws working group; take any necessary action. VI. Discuss obtaining services of legal counsel; take any necessary action. VII. Review feedback from SNRPC Board members regarding the SNRPC Work Program; take any necessary action. VIII. Review discussion from the February 18, 1999, SNRPC Board meeting regarding designation of a working group to review homeless issues; take any necessary action. IX. Discuss joint parks planning and development; take any necessary action. X. Receive status report from staff working group regarding Public Lands Management Act and discuss when to activate the Federal Lands Disposal Sub-Committee; take any necessary action. XI. Receive progress report on A-95 Clearinghouse Council Sub-Committee; take any necessary action. XII. Receive preliminary draft budget proposal; take any necessary action. XIII. Discuss creation of SNRPC website; take any necessary action. XIV. Discuss the need for a SNRPC logo and/or letterhead; take any necessary action. XV.
