NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2000, in the Pueblo Conference Room, 1st Floor, at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas Nevada, 89106 to consider the following:

I.	Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.
II.	Approval of Agenda for February 10, 2000.
III.	Approval of Minutes of the January 13, 2000, meeting.
IV.	Discussion pertaining to the SNRPC consultant; take any necessary action. A. Consultant negotiations B. Status of Consultant Interlocal Agreement
V.	Receive a status report on the following items; take any necessary action. A. Federal Lands Subcommittee B. Census 2000 C. Film Industry Resolution D. California-Nevada Super Speed Train Commission Resolution E. Performing Arts Center F. Policies and procedures of SNRPC agenda processing
VI.	Discussion of SNRPC Legislative proposals; take any necessary action.
VII.	Set agenda for February 24, 2000, SNRPC meeting.
VIII.	Receive next meeting date and location for Technical Committee meeting. Tentatively set for 4:00 p.m., March 9, 2000.
IX.	Public Comment No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
X.	Adjournment.
