NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, November 14, 2002, in the Pueblo Conference Room, at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89155 to consider the following:

I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.

II. Approval of Agenda for November 14, 2002.

III. Approval of the Minutes from the October 10, 2002, meeting.

IV. Approve the scope of services and contract for professional services with Parametrix; take any necessary action.

V. Approve the Conformity Agreements between the SNRPC member agencies and the SNRPC; take any necessary action.

VI. Receive a status report on the EPA Sustainable Development Challenge Grant; take any necessary action.

VII. Receive a report regarding the establishment of a Disabled Access Taskforce; direct staff accordingly.

VIII. Receive the tentative SNRPC 2003 meeting schedule; take any necessary action.

IX. Set the agenda for the November 21, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting.

X. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for January 9, 2003, 4:00 p.m., in the Mead Conference Room at the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

XI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
