NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2002, in the Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following:

I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.

II. Approval of Agenda for July 11, 2002.

III. Approval of the Minutes from the June 13, 2002, meeting.

IV. Discuss the actions taken at the June 27, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting; direct staff accordingly.

V. Receive a report on the recent planning consultant activities; take any action necessary.

VI. Receive a report regarding updating the status of the Regional Growth Summits; take any necessary action.

VII. Receive a status report on the Infill Development Report; take any necessary action.

VIII. Receive a recommendation on the selection of a consultant to provide professional facilitation services for mission development, and direct staff accordingly.

IX. Receive a report on potential SNRPC bill draft requests; direct staff accordingly.

X. Set the agenda for the July 25, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting.

XI. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for August 8, 2002, 4:00 p.m., in Mead Conference #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

XII. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
