NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 13, 2002, in the Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following:

I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.

II. Approval of Agenda for June 13, 2002.

III. Approval of the Minutes from the May 9, 2002, meeting.

IV. Discuss the actions taken at the May 23, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting; direct staff accordingly.

V. Receive a report on the recent planning consultant activities; take any action necessary.

VI. Receive an update report regarding the progress of the Homelessness Task Force and take possible action regarding recommending approval of $25,000 to be used as a matching contribution of procuring a technical assistance provider under contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

VII. Discuss and consider advisory question for the Homeless Services and Affordable Housing Trust Fund; take any necessary action.

VIII. Accept the proposed Project of Regional Significance, Stufflebeam mixed use; take any necessary action.

IX. Accept the proposed Project of Regional Significance; Lowe's of West Henderson; take any necessary action.

X. Accept the proposed Project of Regional Significance, Anthem Master Plan Amendment; take any necessary action.

XI. Set the agenda for the June 27, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting.

XII. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for July 11, 2002, 4:00 p.m., in Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

XIII. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.

XIV. Adjournment.
