NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, June 12, 2003, in Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of the Agenda for June 12, 2003. III. Approval of the Minutes from the May 8, 2003, meeting. IV. Receive an overview of recent planning consultant activities; take any necessary action. V. Receive an update on the SNRPC Regional Planner position; take any necessary action. VI. Set the agenda for the June 26, 2003, SNRPC Board meeting. VII. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for July 10, 2003 at 4:00 p.m., in the Mead Conference Room at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. VIII. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.IX. Adjournment.
