NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2003, in Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for March 13, 2003. III. Approval of the Minutes from the February 13, 2003, meeting. IV. Receive an overview of recent planning consultant activities; take any necessary action. V. Approve the Conformity Agreement between the Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the SNRPC; take any necessary action. VI. Accept the proposed Henderson Comprehensive Plan Amendment; take any necessary action. VII. Receive a presentation on the development of a system dynamics model for sustainable integrated resource planning and consider authorizing a letter of support for the project; take any necessary action. VIII. Set the agenda for the March 27, 2003, SNRPC Board meeting. IX. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for April 10, 2003 at 4:00 p.m., in the Mead Conference Room at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. X. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XI. Adjournment.
