NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2003, in Training Room #3, 1st Floor , at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89155 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for February 13, 2003. III. Approval of the Minutes from the November 14th, 2002, and January 9th, 2003 meetings. IV. Receive a report on recent planning consultant activities; take any necessary action. V. Receive a report on the SNRPC Regional Planner position; direct staff accordingly. VI. Approve the Conformity Agreement between Clark County and the SNRPC; take any necessary action. VII. Receive a report and recommendation regarding the Crisis Intervention Center from Homelessness Task Force subcommittee; take any necessary action. VIII. Receive report and recommendation from the Homelessness Task Force to proceed with the administrative and organizational steps to establish a Homelessness Trust Fund; take any necessary action. IX. Approve the formation of an ad-hoc population estimate working group and appointment of two representatives from Southern Nevada to serve on a Statewide Technical Committee; take any necessary action. X. Set the agenda for the February 27, 2003, SNRPC Board meeting. XI. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for March 13, 2003 at 4:00 p.m., in the Mead Conference Room at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. XII. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XIII. Adjournment.
