NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2002, in Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for January 10, 2002. III. Approval of the Minutes from the November 8, 2001, meeting. IV. Discuss the actions taken at the November 29, 2001, SNRPC Board meeting; direct staff accordingly. V. Accept a report on recent planning consultant activities and forward Plan Amendment Review Process to Coalition Board for adoption; take any necessary action. VI. Receive an update on the activities of the SNRPC Homeless Taskforce; direct staff accordingly. VII. Receive a report on the SNRPC Work Plan; direct staff accordingly. VIII. Discuss draft budget for SNRPC FY 2002 - 2003; take any necessary action. IX. Set the agenda for the January 24, 2002, SNRPC Board meeting. X. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for February 14, 2002, 4:00 p.m., at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. XI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XII. Adjournment.
