NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition Technical Committee has been called and will be held at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9th, 2003, in the Mead Conference Room, #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153.
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of Agenda for January 9, 2003. III. Note that Approval of the Minutes from the November 14th, 2002 meeting will be delayed until the February, 2003 Technical Committee meeting. IV. Elect SNRPC officers for the 2003 calendar year, take any necessary action. V. Accept the Preliminary SNRPC Budget for FY 2003-2004; take any necessary action. VI. Approve the nominations for the SNRPC’s Primary Legislative Contact for the 2003 Nevada State Legislature and the Legislative Update Committee; take any necessary action. VII. Accept submittal of the amendment to the City of North Las Vegas Comprehensive Plan; take any necessary action. VIII. Approve the Conformity Agreements between the SNRPC member agencies and the SNRPC; take any necessary action. IX. Set the agenda for the January 23, 2003, SNRPC Board meeting. X. The next date and location for the Technical Committee meeting is tentatively set for February 13, 2003 at 4:00 p.m., in the Mead Conference Room at the Las Vegas Valley Water District. XI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.XII. Adjournment.
