NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

SOUTHERN NEVADA REGIONAL PLANNING COALITION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition has been called and will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, July 25, 2002, in the Mead Conference Room #2, at the Las Vegas Valley Water District, 1001 South Valley View, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89153 to consider the following

I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.

II. Approval of the Agenda for July 25, 2002.

III. Approval of the Minutes of the June 27, 2002, meetings.

IV. Receive a report on the actions taken at the July 11, 2002, Technical Committee meeting; direct staff accordingly..

V. Receive a recommendation on the selection of a consultant to provide professional facilitation services for mission development; direct staff accordingly.

VI. Receive a presentation on recent planning consultant activities; take any necessary action

VII. Receive a report regarding updating the status of the Regional Growth Summits; take any necessary action.

VIII. Receive a status report on the Infill Development Report; take any necessary action.

IX. Receive a report on potential SNRPC bill draft request; direct staff accordingly.

X.
The next date and location for the SNRPC Board is tentatively scheduled for August 22, 2002, 3:30 p.m., at the Las Vegas Valley Water District.

XI. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
