NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition has been called and will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2003, at the Clark County School District’s Board Room, 2832 E. Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89121 to consider the following:
I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements. II. Approval of the Agenda for June 26, 2003. III. Approval of the Minutes of the May 22, 2003, meetings. IV. Receive a report on the actions taken at the June 12, 2003, Technical Committee meeting; direct staff accordingly. V. Approve the position description and allow advertising for the recruitment of the SNRPC Regional Planner position; take any necessary action. VI. Consider a resolution limiting Coalition staff positions; take any necessary action. VII. Hold discussion regarding amendments to the SNRPC By-laws and Interlocal Agreement. • Review period for master plans, facilities plans and other similar plans for conformance
• Board members meeting attendance
• Reduction in the number of required meetings held each year
VIII. The date, time, and location for the next SNRPC Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for July 24, 2003, 3:00 p.m., in the City of Boulder City. IX. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.X. Adjournment
