NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA

SOUTHERN NEVADA REGIONAL PLANNING COALITION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Southern Nevada Regional Planning Coalition has been called and will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, May 22, 2003, at the City of North Las Vegas City Hall, 2200 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89030 to consider the following:

I. Call to Order; notice of agenda conformance with Open Meeting Law requirements.

II. Approval of the Agenda for May 22, 2003.

III. Approval of the Minutes of the April 24, 2003, meetings.

IV. Receive a report on the actions taken at the May 8, 2003, Technical Committee meeting; direct staff accordingly.

V. Receive a report on recent planning consultant activities; take any necessary action.

VI. Approve the position description and allow advertising for the recruitment of the SNRPC Regional Planner position; take any necessary action.

VII. Receive a report on the Joint Selection nominations for BLM land sales; take any necessary action.

VIII. Adopt the SNRPC Budget for FY 2003-2004; take any necessary action.

IX. The date, time, and location for the next SNRPC Board meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 26, 2003, 3:00 p.m., at the Clark County School District.

X. Public Comment
No action may be taken upon a matter raised under this item of the agenda until the matter itself has been specifically included on an agenda as an item upon which action may be taken.
